Sorry to hear of your conditions but one thing I've earned over the years of sufferring; is that to get a diagnosis which is idential to the previous physician is not practical. So many conditions mimic othr diagnosis its impossible. When I read your history, it reminds me of my own. From sciaticia, to CRPS (RSD), to one know heard of CIDP andthe latest PAD. I might mention the dx. of CiDP led to a heart attack. The treatment IVIG is supposed to be infused overr 6hrs.; however this nurse wanting out b/4 lunch infusd the tx. in less than 4hrs. A contraindication of the medicine is chest tightness. No one explained that chest tightness might equal a heart attack. Careful, other posssible causes peripherial artery disease (PAD)(CRPC=RSD)(PAD). It can effect all extremities or only partial uinvolvement. More than one neurogist should be consulted w/ or w/o your documentation for a fair evaluation. best of luck
p.s do not rule out spinal disorders.
